In O Cho Dua ward, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of O Cho Dua ward Le Tuan Dinh informed that Dong Da district had previously approved 591/591 plans (reaching 100%); arranged resettlement of 292 apartments for 213 households; handed over the site of 443 plans, reaching 75% of the total volume. Currently, there are 148/591 plans that have not been handed over. Through mobilization, up to now, 28/148 plans have committed to hand over before November 28.
Party Secretary and Chairman of Lang Ward People's Council Nguyen Hong Dan said that the total number of land recovery plans of the ward is 597, of which 564 have been approved. Before the merger, 118/597 plans had handed over the site; 479/597 plans had not handed over the site. After the merger, the ward mobilized and recovered the site, signed the site handover minutes, bringing the total number of plans that had handed over the site to 243/597 plans (40.7%).
Currently, the 3 wards are continuing to carry out site clearance procedures in accordance with legal regulations to promptly hand over to project construction units, ensuring the set progress.
Regarding Ring Road 1 (Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section), Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan requested that site clearance must be completed before December 15, 2025 and technical traffic must be opened before January 15, 2026. Ward leaders must be highly focused to ensure the project's progress.
Regarding the issues of traffic congestion; environmental pollution, flooding, urban order and food safety, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan emphasized the need for the participation of 126 communes and wards; and coordination between all levels and sectors. The city will have specific plans, projects, and resolutions to handle these issues.
Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc highly appreciated the results of Party building, socio -economic development, and ensuring national defense and security of the wards in recent times.
Regarding the upcoming tasks related to the Beltway 1 project (Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section), Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc requested localities to focus on implementation and promote progress to carry out the project according to the committed roadmap.
