On the evening of September 2, tens of thousands of people and tourists flocked to the central area of Ho Chi Minh City to have fun, relax and wait to watch fireworks at 9:00 p.m. to celebrate the 78th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2023).
