Notably in the period of 2021 - 2025, the Navy engineering sector and its units always ensure adequate technical equipment (TBKT) for training missions, combat readiness, construction of combat works... The management of TBKT and engineering materials is carried out comprehensively, regularly and throughout the use of TBKT, maintaining and implementing it in accordance with regulations, safely and effectively; ensuring the quantity, quality, type and synchronization of TBKT.
Units receive, distribute, transfer and exchange technical equipment, supplies and equipment in performing tasks; always ensure reserves for tasks according to regulations; regularly maintain and strictly implement regimes and preserve equipment according to daily and weekly regimes; technical work always achieves 100% of assigned targets.
Participating in sports and competitions with good results, typically: Engineer Brigade 131 participated in the Army-wide Engineering Sports Festival and won 3rd prize in the Corps and Service bloc (2021); The Army-wide Good Car and Good Driving Competition (2023) won 1st prize in the Army bloc and 1st prize in implementing the technical day.
Regarding engineering vehicle and motorcycle activities: Units have repaired more than 250 vehicles and motorcycles; processed more than 300 tons of steel components of all kinds; regarding science and technology activities: there are more than 30 technical innovation initiatives effectively applied in practice.

The units have inspected, repaired, and consolidated the storage warehouses and organized the warehouses to be neat, tidy, and scientific; strictly implemented the regulations on ensuring safety and labor hygiene. The officers and employees of the Navy engineering industry and the unit are always mentally secure, have a good understanding of their tasks, actively study and practice to improve their professional qualifications and abilities, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

Concluding the inspection on the afternoon of May 28, Colonel Ha Huy Khanh highly appreciated the technical results achieved by the Naval Engineering Corps in the past time; requested the Naval Engineering Corps and units to regularly disseminate and strictly implement circulars, regulations and instructions from all levels on technical work, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, warehouse safety, especially ensuring safety in training, combat readiness, drills, construction of combat works and other tasks.
The Deputy Commander of the Engineering Corps requested units to promote the application of information technology, actively research, promote the creativity of cadres and employees in their work; promote research activities, technical innovation initiatives, and apply them to the unit's tasks. Organize training on warehouse and hand tool arrangement; inventory and classify the quality of technical equipment according to regulations; consolidate shelters, warehouses, and auxiliary works in technical areas; arrange and use reasonable quantities, and be ready to complete tasks well.
