During the training period, 110 comrades who are officers from the Command, schools and units in the entire Corps were introduced to the following contents: Combat staff; training work; Party work, political work; logistics work... In which, focusing on combat staff work, tactical drills of artillery battalions and brigades; unifying to ensure safety in physical training and new weapons; visiting an artillery company, organizing meals and accommodation on a picnic.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General Nguyen Hong Phong requested the cadres participating in the training to uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly comply with discipline and confidentiality regulations; actively research, exchange, learn, and flexibly apply knowledge to practical training at agencies, units, and schools. The training course organizers prepared good materials, ensured adequate learning conditions, organized strict testing and evaluation of results, closely following the responsibilities and tasks of each subject.

Through training, the staff is fully equipped with knowledge and skills to organize and conduct practical training, suitable to the characteristics of the situation, tasks and each specific subject in agencies, units and schools; improving the overall quality and combat readiness of officers and soldiers of the entire Corps.
