The Ha Vinh village cultural house (Thanh Quang commune, Thanh Ha) was built with a total cost of more than 4.3 billion VND from the welfare fund of Army Corps 19 (Ministry of National Defense).

On the morning of June 29, Army Corps 19 ( Ministry of National Defense ) coordinated with Thanh Quang commune to inaugurate and hand over the cultural house project to Ha Vinh village.

The Ha Vinh village cultural house was built with a total cost of more than 4.3 billion VND from the welfare fund of the 19th Army Corps. This is the village cultural house with the largest investment and the most modern scale in Thanh Ha district. The total construction area of ​​the project is 578.9 m², of which the cultural house is 222 m² wide.

Colonel Tran Duy Le, Party Secretary, Deputy Commander of the 19th Army Corps, spoke at the inauguration and handover ceremony of the cultural house.

The project started on January 15, constructed by the Mining Industry Construction Company (Army Corps 19).

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Duy Le, Party Secretary, Deputy Commander of the 19th Army Corps, emphasized that after more than 30 years of construction and development, with the spirit of solidarity, discipline, and overcoming difficulties, the 19th Army Corps has always excellently completed all assigned tasks. The unit has built over 800 gratitude houses, comrade houses, "great solidarity" houses, and charity houses for families under policy, with difficult housing circumstances... with a total amount of nearly 1,000 billion VND.

Ha Vinh village cultural house was built in 2000 and has seriously degraded, especially after storm No. 3 in September 2024.
