In the formation participating in the parade, the provincial armed forces have 16 officers and soldiers (9 comrades participating in the Saigon Female Commando Unit; 7 comrades participating in the Coast Guard Unit); of which, 4 comrades were awarded certificates of merit by the Ministry of National Defense , 6 comrades were awarded certificates of merit by the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army and 6 comrades were awarded certificates of merit by the Military Region Command.
