The implementation is not a formality but closely linked to the practical political tasks of each agency and unit.

The content of studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings is concretized into criteria for striving in resolutions, plans for Party work, political work; associated with the work of reviewing and evaluating cadres, Party members and year-end emulation. The implementation of studying is also organized through forms such as: specialized political activities, competitions, seminars, journeys to the source, telling stories of typical advanced examples...

“The provincial armed forces always clearly identify learning from Uncle Ho to follow. Therefore, the models and methods all originate from the grassroots, suitable to the characteristics of each subject and each task. Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style must be demonstrated in the observance of discipline, in the conduct of comrades and teammates, and in every daily task,” Colonel Vo Van Phuong added.

During the 10-year journey of implementing Directive No. 05, the Party Committee and the Military Command of Hau Giang province have always adhered to Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo and Resolution No. 847 of the Central Military Commission. Many creative models and methods have been effective such as: "Self-reflection, self-correction", "Youth branches without cadres and members violating discipline", "One good deed for the people each week", "Week of studying, week of following", "Monday of learning from Uncle Ho"... have become routine, creating a strong spread. Each policy file is not just a piece of paper, but also the belief, morality, and affection of a soldier towards his comrades and compatriots.”

Major Danh Hien, a Khmer ethnic, Assistant to the Air Defense Department, General Staff Department (Hau Giang Provincial Military Command) confided: “I learned from Uncle Ho in his simplicity and love for his compatriots. Despite the different languages ​​and customs, in the Army, I always received help and encouragement from my comrades. I clearly see that I must live better, study and train harder to not disappoint the trust of my commander and family.”

Notably, the Provincial Armed Forces have participated in more than 120 campaigns to help people prevent and fight natural disasters, search and rescue; actively participated in clearing roads, building 92.3km of irrigation canals, building 75.5km of concrete roads; demolishing temporary houses for more than 1,000 poor households; providing free medical examinations and medicine to thousands of people... These numbers are vivid proof of the effectiveness of studying and following Uncle Ho.
