As for Ngoc Hai, at first she was still hesitant and confused, but with the young officer's thoughtful care and attention, she was able to shorten the distance. Before leaving, he gave her a gift box, opening it, inside was a diary recording the feelings of the first days they talked, a pretty pink hair tie, a keychain with a cute soldier's image, and even chocolate candies that she had mentioned in a conversation.
