The report at the conference affirmed: In the first 6 months of the year, with the attention, leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Military Region Command, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and the support of the Military Region agencies, the effective coordination of the provincial departments, branches, sectors, unions and local Party committees and authorities; the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command has led and directed the provincial armed forces to comprehensively complete the tasks of local defense and military work. The Emulation Movement to Win has been widely deployed throughout the force, creating a strong motivation to encourage officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces to be determined to excellently complete all assigned tasks.

Outstanding results are: Directing districts, towns and cities to effectively implement projects to build military positions in defense areas; strictly maintaining combat readiness, natural disaster prevention, search and rescue regimes; organizing training courses, with nearly 4,000 comrades participating; completing 100% of military recruitment targets with good quality; strictly implementing training plans, with 100% of inspection results meeting requirements, of which 78% were good and excellent; directing localities to organize training on national defense and security knowledge for subjects 4 and equivalent with over 1,500 comrades participating...

Implement well the military rear policy and gratitude activities; resolve policies for the subjects; respond to petitions, review and confirm information for the subjects according to regulations. Develop a plan to organize and deploy the conclusion of the additional area to create a map to search for and collect martyrs' remains in the province. At the conference, delegates focused on discussing, delving into some remaining points, limitations and proposing key tasks for the last 6 months of the year. The Provincial Military Command determined that in the last 6 months of 2023, it will continue to comprehensively carry out tasks, focusing on: Strictly maintaining combat readiness regimes, training plans for subjects; participating in competitions and sports events at all levels with high results; advising on organizing provincial defense area drills along with military region defense operations drills, defense area drills for Kim Thanh, Nam Sach, Binh Giang districts, disaster prevention and search and rescue drills for Ninh Giang district, Department of Transport drills, Department of Health to ensure defense operations. Coordinate with forces to maintain political security, social order and safety; promote propaganda and education work; effectively implement military rear policy work; Strengthening military-civilian solidarity, building the provincial armed forces to become increasingly strong and mature.
