Provincial Border Guard urgently overcomes flood consequences in Buon Don commune

A working delegation of the Dak Lak Border Guard Command led by Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuyen, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command, went to Buon Don commune to direct flood recovery work.

Officers and soldiers of Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard and other forces clean up the environment after the flood.

More than 80 officers and soldiers of the provincial border guards coordinated with the police, militia and local forces to clean up mud and soil, clear inter-village roads, support the transportation of necessities to isolated households and help people repair damaged civil works after the flood.

Directly inspecting the areas still littered with mud after the flood, Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuyen requested units to speed up the cleanup process, gradually restoring people's lives; directing the border guards to coordinate with the police, militia and Buon Don commune authorities to focus on environmental sanitation, clear traffic, support households to rearrange their houses and stabilize their lives. At the same time, continue to check locations at risk of landslides to proactively take response measures.
