(Chinhphu.vn) - On November 3, Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) officially cooperated with Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department to provide a comprehensive solution for business households in the transition period according to Decision 3389/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance. This is a pioneering step that ACB has taken to help business households overcome the pressure of change, optimize operations and expand business.

Under this cooperation agreement, ACB will coordinate with 29 tax branches under the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department to implement a series of practical incentive programs with two main package groups, aiming to reduce costs, increase operational efficiency and encourage business households to convert to a transparent and modern management model.

ACB launches a "0 VND" incentive combo for newly registered business households, applicable to the first 1,000 customers: Free 2,000 electronic invoices, directly integrated with the electronic tax management portal; free 6 months of digital signature use, helping business households pay taxes online easily; free online money transfer, with 0 VND transaction notification speakers; free sales software from ACB's partners.

In addition, ACB offers 2 extended incentive combo packages, flexible according to operational needs: Combo 499,000 VND, including: 24 months free use of sales software, 4,000 electronic invoices and 12 months of digital signature use; combo 790,000 VND, with enhanced benefits: free lifetime use of sales software, and extended incentives on electronic invoices and digital signatures.

ACB representative said that the bank clearly recognized the great pressure that business households are facing when the requirements for digital transformation and financial transparency are being promoted. Therefore, ACB offers a series of practical incentives to help business households not only comply with regulations but also optimize operations and expand their business.

Since 2024, the bank has developed the "Smart Ally" ecosystem, a comprehensive set of solutions specifically for business households in the transition period. This ecosystem helps businesses easily manage, operate and comply with new regulations with just one mobile device: Multi-point of sale management, flexible authorization for each employee; create a unique QR code for each order, easily track and control transactions; instant transaction notifications while still keeping balances confidential; mid-level authorization for efficient operation; automatic transaction notification speakers; sales software integrated with electronic invoices and online tax payment.

Along with that, ACB's "Tai Loc" account helps business households separate personal and business cash flow, manage more clearly while still carrying feng shui elements through choosing account number 68 or 86, symbols of wealth and prosperity.

Not only providing tools, ACB also expands loan packages to support production and business and flexible overdraft loans, helping customers supplement working capital, invest in fixed assets (purchase, construction, repair of factories, means of transport, machinery and equipment) or serve the living and consumption needs of business households and families. This is considered a practical support step for households to both meet regulations and maintain growth momentum.

According to Decision 3389/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance , from January 1, 2026, business households will officially switch to the method of self-declaration and self-payment of taxes instead of lump-sum taxes. The project aims for 100% of business households to carry out tax procedures electronically, gradually use electronic invoices, and for households with large revenues, must separate personal cash flow from business activities through separate bank accounts.

With many businesses still operating under traditional models such as manual recording, mixed personal and business cash flow, and lack of technology foundation, immediate adaptation is a big challenge. In addition, the cost of investing in software, equipment, and cash registers with tax connections, along with the risk of being fined if not meeting deadlines and requirements, makes many businesses worry about losing time, losing opportunities, and reducing competitiveness.
