Technology companies support businesses to deploy electronic invoices from cash registers

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Tax Department said that many organizations providing electronic invoice services have proactively implemented incentive programs to support households and individual businesses in applying electronic invoices generated from cash registers. The list was updated to October 21, 2025 and will continue to be supplemented in the coming time.

Responding to and accompanying the Tax sector in promoting the implementation of electronic invoices generated from cash registers, organizations providing electronic invoice services have proactively publicized information about solutions, products, services and expanded free or preferential support programs for business households and individuals.

Support programs focus on providing sales management software, electronic invoice software, digital signatures, QR payment integration and accounting solutions suitable for small, micro or traditional household businesses.

Households and business individuals can refer to choose units providing electronic invoice solutions generated from cash registers suitable for the model, cost and management scale of the unit.

As of October 21, 2025, 31 organizations have sent information to the Tax Department, including many large units such as: KiotViet Technology Joint Stock Company, MISA , FAST, Sapo, Bkav, Mobifone, Viettel, VNPT, Haravan, FPT IS... with accompanying solutions such as: multi-channel sales management - mobile version, electronic invoices from cash registers, electronic invoices on mobile devices, websites; accounting software for business households, digital signatures and tax declaration support services...

The list of organizations is arranged according to the time of sending information to the Tax Department and will continue to be updated when enterprises providing electronic invoice services send information.

The Tax Department will continue to coordinate with accompanying organizations to support households and individual businesses in implementing electronic invoices generated from cash registers in accordance with the direction of the Party and Government to promote the development of the private economy and build a healthy and equal business environment.
