Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided that Mr. Nguyen Huu Loi - Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Agencies Bloc ceased to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Agencies Bloc for the 2020-2025 term. Assigned and transferred to work at the City People's Committee, appointed to hold the position of Member of the Party Committee of the City People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term and introduced to the Chairman of the City People's Committee to appoint him to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Sa district.
The Conference also announced the Decisions of the City People's Committee. Accordingly, the City People's Committee accepted Mr. Nguyen Huu Loi, Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Agencies to work at the Department of Home Affairs and appointed him to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs for a period of 05 (five) years from the date of announcement.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Huu Loi - Member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Sa district for the 2021-2026 term, from the date of announcement of the Decision.
On that basis, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee also appointed Mr. Nguyen Huu Loi - Member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs to concurrently hold the position of Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of the City Party Committee; the concurrent term is from the date of announcement of the decision until he ceases to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs.
Speaking at the Conference, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh congratulated Mr. Nguyen Huu Loi on being appointed by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Sa district.
Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh assessed that Mr. Nguyen Huu Loi has many years of experience in Party building and personnel organization. He also has more than 13 years of experience working in the City Party Committee's Organization Board and 4 years of experience working in the City Party Committee of the City Agencies. Therefore, Mr. Nguyen Huu Loi's appointment as Director of the Department of Home Affairs is consistent with his strengths and work experience.
In the past time, the Party Committee of the Department, the leaders of the Department and all Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department of Home Affairs have shown solidarity and strived to overcome difficulties to effectively implement the work plan and successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Ministry of Home Affairs , the City Party Committee, the People's Council and the City People's Committee. Especially in the work of arranging the organization and staffing; the work of managing civil servants and public employees; the election of the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels; advising on the pilot implementation of the urban government model according to Resolution No. 119/2020/QH14 of the National Assembly and in the near future, implementing Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on the organization of urban government and piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city; administrative reform, document archiving and inspection in public service.
Therefore, in the coming time, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh requested Mr. Nguyen Huu Loi to continue to promote his capacity and professional knowledge, as well as constantly learn, cultivate and improve his leadership and management capacity to join the collective leadership of the Department and civil servants, employees of the Department of Home Affairs as well as the People's Committee of Hoang Sa district to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Nguyen Huu Loi thanked the city leaders for their attention, trust and confidence.
In his new role, Mr. Nguyen Huu Loi promised to accept the guidance of the city's leaders and maintain the solidarity of the agency and unit. At the same time, he will strive to complete all assigned tasks and contribute more to the city's economic and social development.
