Appointing Mr. Nguyen Minh Chi as Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development

On the morning of December 14, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to announce and award the Decision to appoint the Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD).

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van chaired the ceremony. Attending were representatives of relevant departments and branches of the province and the collective of cadres, civil servants and employees of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van presented the Decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Minh Chi as Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

At the ceremony, Director of the Department of Home Affairs Bach Van Manh announced Decision No. 2626/QD-UBND, dated December 8, 2023 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on appointing civil servants to leadership and management positions for Mr. Nguyen Minh Chi, Director of the Dak Lak Provincial Forest Protection and Development Fund to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from December 11, 2023.

Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Hoai Duong presented flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Minh Chi.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van congratulated Mr. Nguyen Minh Chi on being trusted and assigned new tasks. At the same time, he requested that in his new position, he continue to cultivate himself in all aspects, maintain the qualities, ethics, and lifestyle of a Party member; constantly research and study to improve professional qualifications and innovate, be creative, and be proactive in management, direction, and operation; create solidarity and unity within the organization, and promote collective responsibility so that the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development can excellently complete its assigned tasks.

New Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Minh Chi gave a speech accepting the assignment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Chi expressed his honor at being entrusted with a new task and responsibility by the provincial leaders; affirming that this is both an honor and a great responsibility for him.

In his new position, with heavy responsibilities, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Minh Chi promised to continuously learn, continue to improve his political capacity, professional qualifications, promote a sense of responsibility, proactively grasp the work; strengthen solidarity with the collective of agencies and units to successfully complete assigned tasks.
