Purpose - Effectively implement the tasks assigned in Decision No. 142/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister , achieving the set goals.
Issuing the Action Plan to implement the National Data Strategy to 2030
- Ensure close coordination between agencies, units, and enterprises, creating a strong change in the awareness and actions of leaders at all levels and sectors in the synchronous and effective implementation of the National Data Strategy to 2030. Requirements - Fully and specifically identify the tasks that the Ministry of Information and Communications needs to implement according to Decision No. 142/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister. The plan to implement the tasks is determined with focus, key points, implementation roadmap and ensuring feasibility; implemented in 2024 and the following years. - Agencies and units assigned with tasks proactively coordinate closely with relevant agencies and units inside and outside the Ministry of Information and Communications to effectively implement and ensure the quality of assigned tasks. - Enhance the responsibility of heads of agencies and units in implementing the Plan. Specific tasks - Assigning the monitoring of the implementation of the Strategic targets related to the Ministry of Information and Communications in Decision No. 142/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, including targets related to data infrastructure development, data development serving digital government, digital economy and digital society, and ensuring information security and network security. - Plan to implement the tasks and solutions of the Ministry of Information and Communications, including: Building institutions, policies and information dissemination; Developing national data infrastructure, connecting and sharing data, Developing data markets; Ensuring information security and network security for data; Training and developing human resources. The plan also clearly stipulates the funding and implementation organization.
