Military Region 3 Command: Meeting with Central, Military and local press agencies

On the afternoon of April 10, in Hai Phong city, the Command of Military Region 3 held a meeting with the central press agencies and 9 provinces and cities in the Military Region to coordinate propaganda work for the 10th Military Region Party Congress and celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Military Region 3 Armed Forces (October 31, 1945 - October 31, 2025). Major General Luong Van Kiem, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of Military Region 3 chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, delegates discussed and proposed solutions to strengthen coordination between the Military Region Command and press agencies to promote propaganda about the history, tradition, formation, development process and typical achievements of the Military Region's Armed Forces over the past 80 years; preparation work, main content of the congress, important documents and goals, directions in the coming term; coordinate in publishing, broadcasting news, articles, reports on related activities such as photo exhibitions, contests, sports festivals, forums, seminars... to spread information and create an exciting atmosphere among officers, soldiers of the Armed Forces and people in the area.

Appreciating the contributions of press agencies in propagating the activities of the armed forces of the Military Region, the leaders of Military Region 3 requested press agencies to focus on propagating training, combat readiness, drills, competitions, and sports events at all levels; organizing training on transition to combat readiness, command and agency drills at all levels, and tactical drills, live-fire exercises close to reality and safety; coordinating the production of art programs, typical examples in the emulation movement to win, contributing to building and defending the Fatherland...
