Implementing the Project "Maintaining and developing the electronic information system hy.check.net.vn to trace the origin of agricultural, forestry and fishery products to ensure food safety in Hung Yen province in the period of 2020-2025" (Project), up to now, 454 units have participated with over 1,000 agricultural, forestry and fishery products, exceeding 227% of the number of participating units compared to the Project's target.
The project has consulted and certified VietGAP and VietGAHP for 23 cultivation, livestock and aquaculture units, including 15 cultivation models, 7 livestock models and 1 aquaculture model; certified HACCP and ISO 22000:2018 for 8 food production and processing units; supported over 924,700 product traceability stamps to help consumers feel secure in using and easily identify the origin of the product.
Initial results show that vegetable products have a 20-50% higher selling price; fruits of all kinds have a 30% higher selling price; meat and meat products have a 10% higher selling price; seafood products have a 10-15% higher selling price, in some places up to 30% higher than the traditional production model.
