Capacity building training for 200 officers and members of cooperatives

From May 23 to 25, in Hung Yen city, the Provincial Cooperative Union organized a training course to improve capacity for nearly 200 managers, members, and employees of cooperatives in the province. Training content includes: digital marketing skills, e-commerce, application of artificial intelligence technology in brand management and customer care. In addition, students have access to the ManyChat tool integrated with ChatGPT API to automatically reply to messages on Zalo and Facebook platforms, supporting cooperatives to improve the effectiveness of online interactions.
