The content of the contest is to tell a story about Uncle Ho that has been published in books, newspapers, and magazines. Participants are primary and secondary school students in Ca Mau province.

The contest has 18 entries from the Departmentof Education and Training of districts and Ca Mau City, each unit registers 2 entries including: 1 entry from primary school students and 1 entry from secondary school students. Entries with illustrations such as: poems, songs, animations, illustrations suitable to the content of the story are encouraged. At the end of the story, draw out the meaning or lesson. The contest time is no more than 10 minutes. The judges will add points for entries with investment in content, props, and costumes with aesthetic and artistic value.
