On the Central and international side, there were leaders of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance; representatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Cultural Diplomacy , the Vietnam National Tourism Administration; representatives of the Lao Embassy in Vietnam, and the Indian Business Association.

Leaders of Ha Nam, Nam Dinh and Ha Tinh provinces; over 200 domestic and international travel agencies and a large number of people and tourists from all over the country attended the opening ceremony.

Tam Coc - Trang An is not only a famous scenic spot of Vietnam but also a World Cultural and Natural Heritage, where the majestic beauty of nature, thousands of years of history and the unique cultural depth of the Red River Delta converge.

In May, Tam Coc puts on a "golden" coat of ripe rice season, creating an incomparable natural picture, where people and nature blend together in a peaceful, simple but attractive way. According to the growth cycle of rice, when the green fields turn yellow, signaling the harvest season, the eyes and smiles of the local people are filled with satisfaction and aspirations, it is also the opening time of Ninh Binh Tourism Week "The Golden Color of Tam Coc - Trang An".

This is an annual cultural and tourism event of special significance. It is not only an opportunity to honor and cherish the amazing natural beauty and unique, profound cultural heritages of thousands of years, but also an opportunity to promote the image of Ninh Binh land and people to visitors from near and far; contributing to affirming the position of Ninh Binh on the domestic and international tourism map.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Tran Song Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2025 emphasized: Tam Coc field was once voted by the travel website Business Insider as one of the 5 most beautiful rice fields in Vietnam. The harmonious beauty and convergence of the sacred soul of the mountains and rivers along with the friendly and gentle people here has always been a place to come, a place to return to, a source of creative inspiration in work, art creation, poetry, photography, cinema, etc.

Ninh Binh people have been and are continuing to inherit and promote the sacred values left by their ancestors, nurturing the natural landscape and cultivating traditional cultural values, developing sustainably, spreading heritage values, connecting with regions, opening up new development spaces, contributing to the whole country entering a new era.

Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2025, with many cultural and artistic activities and unique tourism products. Tourists will be able to visit and experience many impressive cultural and tourist activities with their own characteristics; admire the artistic rice fields recreating the painting "Carp jumping over the dragon gate"; experience rice farming; perform and display traditional handicraft products, OCOP products of localities, in the emotional and educational space of craft villages.

Along with that are activities such as participating in the "Tam Coc Golden Season" photo tour; surveying and introducing Ninh Binh tourism products, art photo exhibitions; traditional art programs: Water puppetry, Cheo singing, Xam singing, along with many unique cultural - tourism, sports, culinary events and Creative Music Festival.

Through this event, Ninh Binh province wishes and hopes to continue to receive more attention, help, companionship and encouragement from the Central Ministries, branches, provinces, cities, press agencies, people at home and abroad, contributing to the propaganda and promotion of tourism in Ninh Binh province to develop more and more.

During the Opening Ceremony, thousands of delegates and visitors were immersed in a unique space with traditional ceremonies taking place on the Ngo Dong River such as: flag-raising ceremony, typical products of regions across the country; gong performances... In particular, the art program with the theme "The Golden Color of Tam Coc - The Fragrance of the Land and People" was held on the live stage, the "Carp Jumping Over the Dragon Gate" art field area brought visitors and people impressive and unique experiences. The traditional and modern dance and music performances honored the beauty of nature and farmers' lives, highlighting the peaceful countryside scene rich in cultural values and thousands of years of history.
