Professional training for 70 leaders and managers of Farmers' Association

HNN.VN - On the afternoon of September 11, Nguyen Chi Thanh Political School held the closing ceremony of the training course for leaders and managers of the Farmers' Association in 2025.

Awarding course certificates to students

The 2025 Farmers' Association Cadre Training Course was held from September 9-11, 2025, with 70 trainees who are Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and Standing Committee members of Farmers' Associations of communes and wards throughout the city.

At the class, the students studied and discussed practical contents such as: Improving the effectiveness of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations; consolidating and perfecting the organizational apparatus, building a team of qualified and capable officials to meet the requirements of the tasks; promoting the role of the Farmers' Association in implementing human rights; propagating and mobilizing Farmers' Association members not to participate in illegal religious activities; transforming thinking from agricultural production to agricultural economics; linking production and product consumption with ensuring product hygiene and safety in the current agricultural sector.

Through the course, the Association's staff will consolidate and improve their knowledge and professional skills in Association work, especially in mobilizing farmers in the context of local government being arranged according to a two-level model from July 1, 2025.

At the end of the course, 70 students were eligible for certificates.
