Beverage preparation training

On the morning of October 24, the Department of Tourism in collaboration with Hanoi College of Tourism organized the opening ceremony of a beverage preparation training course for more than 40 students from service businesses in the province.

Delegates attended the opening of the training course.

In fact, beverage business is a potential business field, bringing high profits. However, beverage business in tourism requires strict requirements on facilities, techniques, especially the service staff needs to have high professional qualifications to ensure satisfaction of all domestic and international customers.

The training course will provide students with an overview of Ninh Binh cuisine , focusing on the field of mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, training on raw material sources and preservation principles, how to build a beverage menu, sharing practical experiences in the F&B industry and orienting appropriate beverage business products depending on the conditions of each student and the target customers. In addition, students will also participate in practicing beverage mixing under the direct guidance of lecturers from Hanoi College of Tourism.

Through the training course aimed at upgrading beverage business services in Ninh Binh , creating learning opportunities and improving experience for the bartending department.

The training course takes place over 2 days (October 24-25), and students will be awarded a certificate upon completion of the sessions.
