Four outstanding Indian films screened in Thai Nguyen

On July 30 and 31, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen province hosted the Indian Film Festival in Thai Nguyen. The films were screened at Nhan Dan Cinema, No. 21, Hung Vuong Street, Phan Dinh Phung Ward.

During the 2-day festival, audiences in Thai Nguyen province were able to watch 4 famous Indian films for free, including: “Roar of Freedom”, “Live Only Once”, “English, My Language” and “Female Wrestler”. These are engaging films with profound content, depicting friendship, journey of self- discovery , self-esteem, social norms, gender equality, etc.

The Indian Film Festival in Thai Nguyen is a meaningful cultural activity, marking an important milestone in the province's foreign affairs; contributing to enhancing cultural exchange between Thai Nguyen province and India, expanding international cooperation opportunities.
