As the core force in protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety in the locality, officers and soldiers of Thai Nguyen Provincial Police always set an example in complying with the Constitution and laws. Along with that, the Police force regularly propagates and mobilizes people to actively participate in the fight against crime and other violations of the law, contributing to protecting national security.

The Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (Provincial Police) organized legal propaganda at Thai Nguyen University.

Since 2013, every year the Provincial Police have issued a plan to implement Vietnam Law Day (November 9), clearly stating the purpose, requirements, content, form and assigning tasks to the Police of units and localities to organize the implementation.

The organization of activities in response to Vietnam Law Day in the Provincial Police force always closely follows the political tasks of the province and the People's Police force; in which, the content focuses on propaganda and dissemination activities about the purpose and meaning; affirming the position and role of the Constitution and law in social life; organizing propaganda, dissemination, and introduction of the basic content of the Constitution and legal documents related to the work of ensuring security and order; educating officers and soldiers to raise awareness, sense of responsibility, spirit of respect for the law, compliance with and protection of the Constitution and law.

The forms of organizing activities in response to Vietnam Law Day are diverse, flexible and creative, suitable to the conditions and practical situations of the units. From 2013 to now, the Provincial Police have organized 245 training conferences, disseminated and thoroughly grasped legal documents related to security and order for more than 47,000 key police officers of units, localities, officers and soldiers to carry out the work of disseminating and educating the law.

In addition, the Provincial Police have copied and sent over 800 legal documents and materials; distributed over 2,300 legal documents to units and localities for implementation; organized 12 propaganda seminars, soliciting opinions on draft laws drafted by the Ministry of Public Security and submitted to the 15th National Assembly; organized 32 legal competitions with the participation of 31,817 officers and soldiers; compiled, printed and distributed 382,720 legal leaflets, hung 10,628 billboards and posters at the headquarters of agencies and units; coordinated in developing and posting 6,764 reports, news, articles, and broadcasts on the province's mass media and the Provincial Police Electronic Information Portal.

Police units and localities organized over 618 propaganda sessions in the form of dramatization; 16,643 direct legal propaganda sessions at schools, industrial parks, and residential areas for over 2,700,000 participants...

Along with that, the police force has built many good and creative models in the work of disseminating and educating the law, such as: "Propaganda, disseminating the law on crime prevention and control, social evils and building the movement of the People to protect the security of the Fatherland on the Podcast platform"; model "Propaganda to ensure security and order, refute wrong and hostile views to protect the Party's ideological foundation and spread good deeds and beautiful images of police officers and soldiers on the digital technology platform"; model "Apartment buildings are safe in terms of security and order"; model "Strong propaganda, reduce crime" - linking the Department of Information and Communications (now the Department of Science and Technology) with the Provincial Police; The model of “Propaganda, dissemination of laws and prevention of crimes and law violations by minors” in Cao Thuong commune (now Ba Be commune)… The above models have been evaluated and widely announced for the police of units and localities in the province to apply in practical work at the grassroots level.

The activities of propagating and disseminating the law in general and the Vietnam Law Day in particular in the Thai Nguyen Provincial Police have been organized seriously, regularly, continuously and systematically. Thereby, the awareness of officers and soldiers about the position and role of the Constitution and the law, the sense of respect for the law, respect for discipline, as well as the capacity to apply the law, the responsibility to implement and protect the Constitution and the law, the spirit and attitude of serving the Fatherland and serving the people have been significantly improved. The results achieved have contributed to the successful implementation of the task of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, fighting against crime, and the socio-economic development goals of the province.
