Individuals and organizations sending relief goods to the Central region can call Vietjet's hotline.

Vietjet Air continues to support free transportation of relief goods from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City airports to flood-affected areas in the Central region.

A representative of Vietjet Air said that organizations, units and individuals who need to send relief goods should contact Vietjet via hotline: 0918716828 in Hanoi and 0912384770 in Ho Chi Minh City; or email: cuutro@vietjetair.com for support in registering for transportation.

Previously, due to the impact of floods in Gia Lai , Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa provinces in recent days, people's travel was difficult, the airport had to temporarily stop operations. Many flights to and from Phu Cat, Tuy Hoa and Cam Ranh airports were also affected, and had to adjust flight plans.

To support people and tourists, Vietjet has also implemented free flight time changes or free refunds according to ticket conditions for passengers with flights departing from affected airports.

Specifically, flights departing from Cam Ranh airport from November 20 to November 23; flights departing from Tuy Hoa airport from November 20 to November 25 and flights departing from Phu Cat airport from November 19 to November 23 will be supported according to the above policy.

The airline informs passengers to contact Call Center 1900 1886, official Vietjet ticket offices or Vietjet representatives at Cam Ranh, Tuy Hoa, Phu Cat airports for support.
