It is known that with each issue, the enterprises participating in the Business Coffee program will focus on discussing, exchanging and sharing different knowledge, mainly issues related to tax policies, human resource management, corporate culture, digital transformation, application of AI technology in production, business, policies and laws of the State or clarifying newly issued circulars and decrees... Thereby, helping entrepreneurs clarify issues and areas that lack information or are ambiguous. In each issue of the program, entrepreneurs also share about their business models, business products, and business operations. From there, promoting business cooperation, increasing the use of products and services between businesses for mutual development. Mr. Trinh Trung Thuy, Director of VHT Investment and Trade Promotion Joint Stock Company (Le Hong Phong Ward, Phu Ly City) said: In the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution and digital transformation taking place strongly, the need for information and connection of the business community and enterprises is increasing. When participating in the Business Coffee program, I myself received a lot of useful information, had new relationships and partners, and promoted business development. In mid-March 2025, the 4th Business Coffee program was held, attracting more than 200 members of the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises. In an open atmosphere, members exchanged and shared useful information about business operation models; methods of selecting, training, and attracting high-quality human resources; methods of applying technology software in product marketing, business administration; capital management skills; digital transformation experience... in the fields of import and export, agriculture , finance - banking, services - trade, construction, environment... Thereby, showing a panoramic picture of the reality of production and business activities, difficulties and problems of enterprises in the current context. Through the program, each member has accumulated more knowledge and "pocketed" solutions to solve existing problems related to their business.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Cuong, Chairman of the Provincial Business Association, affirmed: With the theme "Sharing and Orientation", the 4th Business Coffee recently held is a special exchange program with the participation of leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the province. Accordingly, not only is it a useful playground, creating connections between businesses, the program is also a bridge between the government and businesses. At the program, provincial leaders, leaders of a number of departments and branches provided more information as well as answered concerns and questions of businesses about the field of investment attraction; handling administrative procedures; support policies, investment orientation of the province; corporate tax; land lease term for investment in agricultural projects; mechanisms and policies to support small and medium enterprises to recover and develop production and business, etc.
With many practical meanings, the Ha Nam Provincial Entrepreneurs Association has a direction that in the coming time, it will organize the Entrepreneurs Coffee program every quarter. Through the program, the Association's leaders hope that members will have more exchanges and dialogues with economic experts to help the business community and enterprises grasp deeply the domestic and foreign market situation, consumption trends, world economic trends, thereby having appropriate and effective production and business plans. From the useful information obtained through 4 issues of the program, young enterprises of Ha Nam also hope that Entrepreneurs Coffee will continue to be maintained and expanded in scale for more experts and enterprises to participate, truly becoming a useful playground, accompanying the long-term growth and development of the business community.
