Singer Dinh Bao plays many roles in Park Chan Wook's new film

He said he felt elated when "a year's worth of work and waiting" appeared before his eyes. Accordingly, the male singer took on a small role, contributed his voice, translated the lyrics as well as wrote the lyrics for the film's soundtrack.

He shared: "Working with the Hollywood production team for this project was truly a memorable journey in my career. Although the role was quite small, only appearing in a few short scenes, I still experienced Hollywood service standards, scientific organization, costume, makeup, service and private trailers on set."

Talking about making film music, Dinh Bao said: "Translating songs is really not simple, especially songs used in films. In addition to ensuring the similarity in meaning of each sentence, translating songs in films also requires careful consideration of the emotions, habits, culture, region, era, thinking and context of each song. In addition, when translating from English to Vietnamese, it is also necessary to ensure that the tone marks are consistent with the rules of Vietnamese, and that they are consistent with the melody and aesthetics of the music ."

He expressed that this opportunity helped him learn and accumulate a lot of experience for himself in producing music for films.
