In Hanoi , the Steering Committee for the city's high school graduation exam has just issued a decision on establishing an inspection team for the 2025 high school graduation exam.
Accordingly, 15 inspection teams were established. The inspection teams started their tasks from June 21 until they completed their tasks.
The inspection team is responsible for checking the work of ensuring material conditions; conditions to ensure security and safety; work of disease prevention and control, environmental sanitation, food safety, and health care for candidates at high school graduation exam sites according to the examination regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , and regulations of the Central and the City.

The 2025 high school graduation exam will take place on June 26 and 27. Candidates will complete exam registration procedures on the afternoon of June 25. Nearly 125,000 candidates have registered to take the exam in the city.
In Binh Duong province, the Department of Education and Training of this province organized 30 examination sites, including 1 examination site exclusively for candidates under the 2006 program and the remaining 29 sites for candidates under the 2018 program, with a total of 750 examination rooms and 1 examination marking site. The high school graduation exam will take place from June 25 to June 27.
In the whole Binh Duong province, there are 17,079 candidates registered to take the exam, including 261 independent candidates taking the exam under the 2006 General Education Program and 16,818 candidates taking the exam under the 2018 General Education Program.

Accordingly, the 10th grade entrance exam and the 2025 high school graduation exam will be held in June 2025. Notably, this is the first year that the exams will be conducted according to the 2018 General Education Program, with many innovations in the exam structure and format.
Hai Phong City People's Committee has established a City-level Examination Steering Committee and issued directive documents. The Department of Education and Training has concretized the directives into a system of guidance documents, detailed plans, trained the examination staff and strictly implemented the "6 clear" principle in the entire examination organization process.
The City Examination Steering Committee has assigned leaders and permanent staff to all Examination Councils/Examination Sites. Each Examination Council/Examination Site has inspectors stationed at the site, and local police forces protect the perimeter, ensuring security, order and safety of the examination rooms. The work of preventing fraud and negativity is given special attention. The City has directed strict control over the stages of printing and copying exam papers, transporting exam papers to Examination Councils/Examination Sites, as well as collecting exam papers for the Grading Council. All processes are under the supervision of security and inspection forces.
The Department of Education and Training of the City also equipped necessary technical equipment such as metal detectors and surveillance cameras at the test printing and copying locations to prevent high-tech cheating. The hotline of the Examination Steering Committee was widely publicized to receive feedback and promptly handle arising situations, demonstrating a commitment to the transparency and seriousness of the exam. In addition, the "exam support" teams of the Youth Union at the Examination Council/Exam Site are ready to support candidates in terms of procedural guidance, travel support, moral encouragement, etc.
The entire political system of the city synchronously participated with the motto: safety - seriousness - fairness - transparency - maximum convenience. The conditions of facilities, human resources, security, health care, electricity, and traffic were fully guaranteed; communication work was promoted; new points of the exam were announced publicly and promptly.
“Hai Phong has been proactive and ready for the 2025 exams with a high determination to organize them successfully, seriously, in accordance with regulations, creating a fair, favorable and humane exam environment for students,” the Department Director affirmed.

For the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year, taking place on June 3-4, 2025: Literature exam in the morning of June 3, Foreign Language exam in the afternoon of June 3, Math exam in the morning of June 4.
The entrance exam for Tran Phu 10th grade is held from June 5-7, 2025. On June 5, the procedures and meeting of the Examination Council will be completed. On June 6, the exams will be held in the specialized subjects of Math, Literature (morning) and English, French, Japanese, and Information Technology (afternoon); on June 7, the exams will be held in the specialized subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, and Geography (morning).
The whole city has 25,977 candidates registered to take the entrance exam to public high schools (non-specialized), 1,899 candidates registered to take the entrance exam to Tran Phu Specialized High School with a total of 2,170 exams (some candidates took many specialized subjects).
To organize the 10th grade entrance exam well, the city has mobilized maximum resources and implemented a methodical organization plan. The whole city plans to arrange 43 examination councils for non-specialized groups, with a total of 1,102 examination rooms. For the Tran Phu specialized group, 1 examination council with 97 examination rooms will be organized.
For the 2025 high school graduation exam, which will take place over 4 days from June 26-29, Hai Phong has a total of 29,339 candidates registered for the exam. Of these, 98.5% of candidates will take the 2018 general education program, and 1.5% of candidates will take the 2006 general education program.
The entire city plans to arrange 53 official testing sites and 7 backup testing sites for candidates studying the 2018 General Education Program. In addition, because in 2025, there will still be a number of candidates studying the 2006 General Education Program taking the exam (mainly independent and continuing education candidates), the Department of Education and Training will reserve 1 official testing site and 1 backup testing site for this group of candidates.
The total number of examination rooms is expected to be 1,350, with each room having no more than 24 candidates. The city also mobilized more than 4,200 officers to work as invigilators at examination sites, ensuring that each examination room has 02 invigilators according to regulations and to monitor the examination room. About 700 officers and teachers were mobilized to participate in the examination marking work.
