The Laborer Newspaper coordinated with the City Labor Federation to support families with fatalities and heavy losses in Hoa Binh, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Cao Bang; built some houses and schools; supported some fishermen who suffered heavy losses; and awarded scholarships to ethnic minority and poor students in many provinces and cities worth 12 billion VND.

Ho Chi Minh City Law Newspaper in coordination with the City Veterans Association supported 47 households to rebuild houses severely damaged by storm No. 3 and floods and landslides in Yen Bai and Lao Cai provinces, worth 470 million VND.

Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine supports building charity houses, giving school equipment, textbooks and notebooks to children going to school after the storm and flood, worth 2 billion VND.
