Football teams come to Ho Chi Minh City to attend the final round

On the morning of October 29, many Northern football teams came to Ho Chi Minh City to attend the final round of the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament.

Northern football teams including: Vietnam Bank Trade Union, People's Police Trade Union, and two Bac Ninh Trade Union teams 1 and 2 landed at Tan Son Nhat Airport, Ho Chi Minh City to prepare for the final round of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025.

Sharing his feelings when he first arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Tran Quy Long - head of the People's Police Trade Union - said: "I am very happy and excited about the welcome from the organizing committee when I first arrived in Ho Chi Minh City."

He also shared that after finishing the Northern region qualifiers, the team had a relatively thorough preparation plan for this final round, and hoped for a good final round.

As the champion of the Northern region qualifying round, the People's Public Security Trade Union team has a very clear goal and mindset.

Mr. Long said: "Any team when participating in an important final round sets the highest goal for itself. However, for the People's Public Security Union, our goal is to play well in each match."

The team's goal is to have the opportunity to interact and learn with teams from many localities across the country, and will overcome each match before thinking about going further.

On the afternoon of October 27, the drawing ceremony for the final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 was held at the Tuoi Tre newspaper office.

Specifically, group A includes the following teams: People's Public Security Union, Khanh Hoa Union, Dong Nai 1 Union, Ho Chi Minh City 1 Union.

Group B includes the teams: Sawaco, Bac Ninh 1 Trade Union, Quang Ngai Trade Union, Dong Nai 3 Trade Union.

Group C includes the teams: Sacombank, Hai Phong Trade Union, Bac Ninh 2 Trade Union, Le Bao Minh.

Group D with teams: Vietnam Bank Trade Union, Da Nang Trade Union, Hanoi Trade Union, An Giang Trade Union.

The 2025 Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and Vietnam Football Federation for the third consecutive year.

Entering the 2025 season, the tournament has affirmed its position as an annual, prestigious playground for workers, civil servants, and laborers across the country; contributing to promoting the movement of physical exercise and sports, improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, civil servants, and laborers in particular and the whole society in general.

This year's tournament is honored to receive the support of Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (THACO), Dong Luc Sports Group, HTP Pharmaceutical Investment Joint Stock Company, Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company, Sunshine Group, Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO), Fashion Connection Joint Stock Company (Faslink), 108 Central Military Hospital, 175 Military Hospital and a number of enterprises.

The final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 took place from October 31 to November 2 in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of 16 teams that had successfully passed the qualifying round.
