Football teams practice hard before the start of the final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament.

Before the opening day of the national final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025, many football teams were present at Ton Duc Thang University Stadium to practice and get familiar with the field.

On October 30th, the teams arranged their schedules to arrive early at the stadium to conduct training and familiarize themselves with the pitch. Players viewed today as a golden opportunity to achieve their best physical and mental condition.

Earlier, the Quang Ngai Trade Union departed for Ho Chi Minh City on October 29th despite the harsh stormy weather. The Quang Ngai football team was also one of the first to arrive at the TDTU stadium to conduct training and discuss tactics.

Midfielder Ho Sinh Bao (Quang Ngai Trade Union) proudly stated: “Representing our province in this final tournament is an honor for the whole team, so we will strive to train our hardest regardless of the weather.”

The Hai Phong Trade Union demonstrated a high level of discipline and meticulousness during the training session.

Similar to Quang Ngai, the Bac Ninh 1 Trade Union team also arrived in Ho Chi Minh City on the morning of October 29th. The early arrival will allow the players sufficient time to rest before taking to the field for training and familiarizing themselves with the pitch.

Meanwhile, due to the nature of their work, many teams that only arrived in Ho Chi Minh City on October 30th were already present at the training ground that same afternoon. Notable examples include the An Giang Trade Union and the Da Nang Trade Union.

The 2025 Vietnam Workers and Public Employees Football Tournament, jointly organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the Vietnam Football Federation, is being held for the third consecutive year.

Entering the 2025 season, the tournament has affirmed its position as a prestigious annual playground for workers, civil servants, and laborers nationwide; contributing to promoting the movement of physical training and sports, and improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, civil servants, and laborers in particular and society as a whole.

This year's tournament is honored to have the support of Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (THACO), Dong Luc Sports Group, HTP Pharmaceutical Investment Joint Stock Company, Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company, Sunshine Group, Saigon Water Supply Corporation (SAWACO), Faslink Joint Stock Company, Military Central Hospital 108, Military Hospital 175, and several other businesses.

The final round of the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Public Employees Football Tournament took place from October 31st to November 2nd in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of 16 teams that had successfully advanced from the qualifying rounds.
