Before the opening day of the national final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025, many football teams were present at Ton Duc Thang University Stadium to practice and get familiar with the field.

On October 30, the teams arranged their time to arrive early on the field to practice and get familiar with the field. The players considered today as a golden opportunity for them to be in the best physical and mental condition.

Previously, the Quang Ngai Trade Union had left for Ho Chi Minh City on October 29 despite the harsh stormy weather. The Quang Ngai football team was also one of the first teams to arrive at TDTU Stadium to practice and discuss tactics.

Midfielder Ho Sinh Bao (Quang Ngai Trade Union) proudly said: "Being able to represent our province to compete in this final round is an honor for the whole team, so we will try our best to practice regardless of the weather."

Hai Phong Trade Union showed high discipline and neatness in the training session.

Similar to Quang Ngai, the Bac Ninh 1 Trade Union team also arrived in Ho Chi Minh City from the morning of October 29. Moving early will help the players have enough time to rest before going out to practice and get familiar with the field.

Meanwhile, due to the nature of their work, many new teams arrived in Ho Chi Minh City on October 30, but by the afternoon they were already on the training ground. Typical examples include the An Giang Trade Union and the Da Nang Trade Union.

The 2025 Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the Vietnam Football Federation for the third consecutive year.

Entering the 2025 season, the tournament has affirmed its position as an annual, prestigious playground for workers, civil servants, and laborers across the country; contributing to promoting the movement of physical exercise and sports, improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, civil servants, and laborers in particular and the whole society in general.

This year's tournament is honored to receive the support of Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (THACO), Dong Luc Sports Group, HTP Pharmaceutical Investment Joint Stock Company, Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company, Sunshine Group, Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO), Fashion Connection Joint Stock Company (Faslink), 108 Central Military Hospital, 175 Military Hospital and a number of enterprises.

The final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 took place from October 31 to November 2 in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of 16 teams that had successfully passed the qualifying round.
