Ho Chi Minh City Youth continue the journey of creativity and dedication

On the evening of October 26, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City organized a program to celebrate the 69th anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Union's Traditional Day (October 15, 1956 - October 15, 2025) and the 43rd anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Workers' Traditional Day (October 15, 1982 - October 15, 2025).

Attending the event were comrades: Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union; Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

Comrade Ngo Minh Hai, Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, spoke about tradition.

Speaking at the program, comrade Ngo Minh Hai, Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, emphasized that with pride and deep gratitude, the young generation of the city today vows to continue the passion of their predecessors.

Along with that is constantly learning, creating, dedicating, affirming the pioneering role in all areas of life, contributing to building a civilized, modern and humane Ho Chi Minh City.

Delegates take souvenir photos with 33 outstanding Ho Chi Minh City Youth Workers Leaders in 2025

At the program, 33 outstanding Youth Workers Leaders of Ho Chi Minh City in 2025 were honored.

Over the course of eight editions, from 2014 to the present, 286 Young Worker Leaders have been honored. These are exemplary young workers who have made significant efforts and actively participated in emulation movements, promoting initiatives, improving technical skills, honing their craft, and enthusiastically engaging in Youth Union activities, youth movements, and volunteer work.

Athletes achieved high results in the Online Running Race

Within the framework of the program, the organizing committee awarded prizes to athletes with the best achievements in 4 distances: 25km, 50km, 75km and 100km of the Online Running Race to celebrate the 69th anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Union's Traditional Day.

The race was launched on September 15, attracting the participation of athletes from 31 provinces and cities; recording a total distance of more than 26,496km, spreading the sportsmanship , training spirit and positive energy of young people across the country.

Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Toan and comrade Ngo Minh Hai presented awards to the champion and runner-up of the "Me and my teammates" MC contest.

In addition, the organizing committee also held a summary and award ceremony for the 8th "Me and my teammates" Game Master Competition - 2025.

The champion belongs to Ms. Truong Thi Hong Xuan, Secretary of the Youth Union of Duong Cong Khi Primary School, Xuan Thoi Son Commune Youth Union.

Young workers in difficult circumstances receive gifts at the program

On this occasion, the organizing committee presented gifts to 20 association officials and members; 20 young workers in difficult circumstances, and disabled youth who have overcome difficulties to rise up (each gift includes 1 million VND in cash and necessities).
