Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway and Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City projects are under construction during the holidays.

(DN)- On April 30, representatives of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and Project Management Board 85 (Ministry of Construction) said that the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway and Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City projects passing through the province will continue construction throughout the April 30 and May 1 holidays.

Specifically, according to Project Management Board 85, the investor of component project 2, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project, during the holiday, all contractors at the project maintained construction throughout the holiday to ensure project progress. At the construction site, contractors are deploying 50 construction teams with about 250 main equipment and about 400 personnel (including commanders, technical staff, workers, and operators) participating in the construction.

Similarly, at component project 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project, and component project 3, Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City, the investor is the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, also said that all contractors of the 2 projects worked during the April 30 and May 1 holidays.

Previously, on April 29, the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board also sent a document to contractors and supervision consultants regarding the implementation of the projects.

Accordingly, to ensure the basic progress of completing the projects in 2025, while taking advantage of the favorable weather of the dry season, the investor requested contractors to proactively gather materials, equipment, workers and motivate staff to carry out construction in the spirit of "3 shifts, 4 shifts", "through holidays, through Tet, through holidays". In particular, during the April 30 and May 1 holidays, contractors will deploy many construction teams, without interrupting progress, and rush construction to ensure the completion of the roadbed and drainage items on the route before the rainy season (before June 1, 2025). Supervision consultants will strengthen the inspection and control of construction contractors, and strictly handle contractors and individuals who violate the regulations.
