On the morning of January 6, the delegation of the Naval Region 3 Command visited, encouraged, and wished the ships a Happy New Year before leaving port to carry out key tasks of patrolling, controlling, and protecting fishing grounds, implementing Directive 45 of the Prime Minister during the Lunar New Year 2025.

The working delegation was led by Colonel Pham Quang Vinh, Deputy Commander of the Region. At the ships, the working delegation inspected the preparations of human resources, facilities, ensuring weapons and technical equipment, and sent greetings, encouragement, and New Year greetings to officers and soldiers on ships on duty at sea during Tet holiday on this occasion.
Colonel Pham Quang Vinh, Deputy Commander of Naval Region 3, shared the difficulties and hardships of carrying out tasks in windy conditions, rough seas, and being away from family during the Lunar New Year of the officers and soldiers of the ships and believed that with the attention of leaders and commanders at all levels, along with experience, determination, and solidarity, the officers and soldiers of the ships will overcome all difficulties and hardships, successfully complete their tasks, and together with other forces protect the country's peaceful Spring.
