Lieutenant General Do Van Thien delivered a speech directing the conference to review the work of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering's Emulation and Training Movement in the first 6 months of 2025.

At the conference, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Xuan Hieu, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Company 26, Head of Emulation Block No. 4, reported briefly on the results of the emulation movement and emulation movement in the first 6 months of the year; identified key directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

The report shows that from the beginning of 2025 until now, the unit's economic restructuring work has been carried out in difficult production and business conditions due to economic recession, reduced purchasing power, a decrease in labor resources, and the state is merging provinces and cities. The above factors have directly affected the production and business activities of the units. The leaders and commanders of the Enterprise Bloc units have actively and comprehensively deployed solutions to implement the Economic restructuring movement associated with sudden emulation campaigns, peak periods, and emulation movements at all levels and sectors that have taken place enthusiastically, continuously, and have had a wide spread, gradually going into depth, encouraging and motivating workers to actively overcome all difficulties, compete in work, and produce labor to complete all assigned tasks well, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and targets of the 2025 plan to build a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical".

Revenue in the first 6 months of the year reached: VND 4,708 billion, equal to 133% compared to the same period in 2024; profit reached: VND 46,298 billion, equal to 135.7% compared to the same period in 2024; budget contribution: VND 97,639 billion, equal to 251% compared to the same period in 2024; average income: VND 13,300,000, equal to 112.8% compared to the same period in 2024.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Do Van Thien highly appreciated the seriousness and responsibility in the conference preparation work; acknowledged and commended the achievements and results that Emulation Bloc No. 4 achieved in the first 6 months of 2025, pointed out the shortcomings and limitations, requiring agencies in the bloc to propose measures to promptly rectify and overcome them.

Synchronously and comprehensively deploy leadership measures, direct and implement the annual plan, complete early and exceed the set targets.

The Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering emphasized that, along with the above tasks, agencies need to focus on emulating and implementing well the breakthroughs according to the resolution on leadership in implementing the tasks in 2025 of the General Department Party Committee; well organize the preliminary and final summaries of emulation movements, peak emulation periods, and raids; evaluate and reward to ensure democracy, objectivity, substance, and compliance with instructions.
