Samsung introduced this new update policy with the Galaxy S24 series earlier this year, and several other devices have since benefited. Some speculate that all upcoming high-end Galaxy phones and tablets may receive seven years of Android updates and security patches.

Accordingly, the following Galaxy phones are currently receiving 7 Android updates: Samsung Galaxy S24; Samsung Galaxy S24+; Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra; Samsung Galaxy S24 FE; Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6; Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6; Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.

All of these devices come pre-installed with Android 14 out of the box. Therefore, the final Android upgrade they will receive is Android 21. However, they will still receive One UI feature updates and security patches until 2031.
