The organizations and associations have been assigned task number 2 by the Party and the State to strive to excellently fulfill the emulation targets for 2026.

BAC NINH - On the morning of December 15th, the Emulation Bloc of Associations assigned Task No. 2 by the Party and State held a conference to summarize the emulation movement and reward work for 2025.

Emulation Bloc No. 2 comprises 10 provincial-level associations operating in the socio-professional field, including: the Association for the Protection of Children's Rights (Head of the Bloc), the Association of Retired Teachers (Deputy Head of the Bloc), the Traditional Medicine Association, the Association of the Elderly, the Association of Former Youth Volunteers, the Association for the Support of Disabled People and Orphans, the Union of Friendship Organizations, the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, the Association of the Blind, and the Association of Ornamental Plants.

In 2025, amidst the merger of administrative units and streamlining of the apparatus, under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Emulation and Commendation Council, and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, units within the bloc launched and implemented two emulation campaigns linked to major national holidays, successfully completing political and professional tasks, while also promoting community-oriented activities.

Many associations have adopted innovative and effective approaches, leaving a distinct mark, such as: the Ornamental Plants Association successfully organizing the Ornamental Plants Exhibition to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2025, promptly rewarding hundreds of collectives and individuals, and honoring outstanding artisans and gardeners; the Traditional Medicine Association providing medical examinations and treatment to over 378,000 patients. Other associations within the bloc are also actively involved in caring for the lives of their members and vulnerable groups. The total social resources mobilized by these associations during the year amounted to tens of billions of VND, contributing to ensuring social security in the province.

At the conference, participating units focused on discussing and evaluating the results of the emulation movement and reward work in 2025; sharing experiences and effective methods; and proposing solutions to improve the quality of the emulation movement in the future. They also proposed awarding outstanding units within the bloc with the Provincial People's Committee's Emulation Flag and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman's Certificate of Merit.

The bloc also agreed on the tasks for 2026, continuing to thoroughly understand and implement the Law on Emulation and Commendation and new documents; innovating the content and form of emulation in a practical and effective direction; focusing on building and replicating advanced models, spreading examples of good people and good deeds; organizing the review and awarding of commendations in a democratic, objective, and compliant manner, striving for 100% of units to excellently complete their assigned tasks.

At the conference, the participating organizations unanimously nominated the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations as the Head of the bloc, and the Provincial Association for the Protection of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin as the Deputy Head of the emulation bloc of organizations assigned by the Party and State in task number 2 for 2026.
