If in 2024, the tuition fee for the standard program at the National Economics University was from 16 to 22 million VND/school year, this year, the tuition fee has increased by 2-3 million VND, expected to be 18-25 million VND/school year for students enrolling in 2025-2026.
This is also the general increase that many universities and academies have announced in their expected enrollment plans for 2025. For example, at the Banking Academy, the University of Commerce, the Academy of Finance, and the Hanoi Open University, compared to last year, the tuition fee for the standard program has increased by 1-4 million VND.
For high-quality programs, the common increase in schools is around 2-5 million VND/school year. Schools also propose a roadmap for a maximum increase of 10-15% for each year and implement according to Decree 81 of the Government.
In the list of schools that have announced tuition fees, the highest fee is for Dentistry at Phenikaa University with 160 million VND/year. However, candidates enrolling in 2025 will receive a 20% reduction in tuition fees, fixed for 6 years of study down to 128 million VND/year.
At Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the expected tuition fee in the 2025-2026 academic year is highest for the Aviation Engineering major (maintenance engineering and B1/B2 orientation) at 125 million VND, and the Aviation Engineering major (operations engineering or maintenance engineering orientation) at 100 million VND.
