Specifically, of the 73 projects handed over, 28 projects have been completed but not yet settled, 27 projects are in transition and 18 projects have not been implemented. It is expected that Hieu Giang commune will receive 30 projects and Cam Lo commune will receive 43 projects.

It is known that, implementing the process of transferring local government to 2 levels, Cam Lo district has accelerated the implementation and disbursement of public investment. From the beginning of 2025, the District People's Committee has urged the recovery of advanced public investment capital, speeding up the project completion settlement.
Review projects and headquarters constructions that have been stopped at the request of the Provincial People's Committee to avoid waste in public investment; submit to the District People's Council to adjust the 2025 public investment plan to suit resources and implementation capacity.
Regularly improve the quality management of construction works; prioritize capital sources to pay for completed volumes, contributing to improving investment efficiency. Strictly control outstanding debts in basic construction, minimize unnecessary items that lead to an increase in total investment, causing pressure on capital allocation; organize bidding activities to ensure publicity, transparency and efficiency.
By June 11, 2025, Cam Lo district had disbursed VND 48,105 billion/plan VND 127,137 billion, reaching 37.83% of the public investment plan managed by the district (including the entire central, provincial and district budgets); it is estimated that by June 30, 2025, the disbursement rate will reach 48% of the capital plan.
