On the morning of May 13, the Ha Tinh Cooperative Alliance organized a professional training course for more than 100 key officials of 50 cooperatives in the districts of Duc Tho and Nghi Xuan.

Opening the training course, Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Cooperative Union Le Dang Phuc said: The whole province currently has more than 1,000 cooperatives operating in various fields, the rate of good and fairly good cooperatives is still modest. Therefore, equipping cooperatives with knowledge and skills plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources, building production and business plans, and improving operational efficiency. Thereby, helping cooperatives continue to innovate, have appropriate production and business plans, contributing to promoting the development of the collective economy.

During 3 days (May 13-15, 2025), lecturer Hoang Khang (Cooperative Technical - Economic College and Training of Cooperative Cadres in the Central Highlands) will update the cooperatives with basic contents such as: Introduction to cooperatives, analysis of the market situation and the cooperative's ability to participate in the market; general overview of production - business plans; instructions on making production - business plans...

Trainees will also directly visit and experience typical cooperative models in the area to be able to apply them into practical operations, increase revenue for cooperatives and increase income for members and workers...
