Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee directs key issues on education

In order to organize the high school graduation exam, admission to the first level of general education, university admission; ensure the staffing of preschool and general education teachers; organize summer vacation for children and students in 2025 in the province to ensure seriousness, objectivity, safety, with close coordination between departments, agencies, localities, and units, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requests Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the provincial level to step up propaganda work, thoroughly grasp the content of the directives and instructions of the Government, ministries, branches and the province on organizing exams, admission and summer vacation for children and students in 2025 in the province. Thereby, raising awareness, creating unity and consensus among all levels, branches, parents, students and all people in the province.

Nearly 17,000 students participated in the 2025 high school graduation mock exam taking place over 2 days (April 21 and 22).

The Provincial Party Committee leads and directs the Provincial People's Committee to focus on promptly and fully implementing the Prime Minister's instructions in Directive No. 37/CT-TTg dated October 7, 2024, Official Dispatch No. 58/CD-TTg dated May 8, 2025, Official Dispatch No. 61/CD-TTg dated May 10, 2025 on organizing high school graduation exams and university entrance exams, general education and vocational education entrance exams in 2025; ensuring the staffing of preschool and general education teachers and safety for children and students during the summer vacation in 2025. At the same time, be responsible to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for leading and directing the organization of exams to ensure seriousness, quality and absolute safety.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department directs and guides press agencies to increase information and propaganda on the preparation, organization and results of the exams; propagate the work of ensuring safety for children and students during the summer vacation; grasp the situation of public opinion related to the exams; direct Steering Committee 35 at all levels to organize the fight and timely refute false and distorted information that negatively affects the exams.

The Provincial Police Party Committee directed the police force to closely coordinate with the Department of Education and Training and relevant agencies, units and localities to deploy measures to ensure security, order and traffic safety for exams; strengthen prevention and combat of cheating in exams, especially the use of high technology.

The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee directs all levels of the Youth Union to coordinate with agencies and functional forces to organize volunteer activities and support candidates in exams. Proactively propose and coordinate the implementation of propaganda activities, education on culture, arts, physical education, sports, life skills, prevention of accidents and drowning injuries, and organize safe swimming lessons for children and students in schools and in residential communities.

District, city, town Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees shall strengthen leadership, direction, support, and coordinate with relevant sectors and agencies to organize local exams in a smooth, serious, safe, and quality manner. At the same time, direct the implementation of management and education measures and strengthen coordination between schools and families to create conditions for children and students to have fun, participate in cultural and artistic activities, physical training and life skills during the summer; effectively carry out the management and protection of children and students to prevent accidents, injuries, and drowning during the summer of 2025.

The Provincial Party Committee presides over and coordinates with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to monitor and promptly report the results of organizing the exams to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee (through the Provincial Party Committee Office).
