On the afternoon of May 13, Xuan Hoi Commune Police, Nghi Xuan District organized the return of 61 million VND to Ms. Mai Thi Huong (born in 1976, residing in Hoi Thuy village, Xuan Hoi commune) after she dropped it on the road.

Hoang Duc Duy and his son returned 61 million VND to Ms. Mai Thi Huong in the presence of Xuan Hoi Commune Police.

Earlier, at around 11:30 a.m. the same day, Xuan Hoi Commune Police received a report from Ms. Huong about losing a large amount of money on her way home from Hom Market. Immediately afterwards, the police force announced the incident via the Zalo model “Connecting Peacefully”, mobilizing people to help search.

Only about 10 minutes later, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Giang (residing in Hoi Tien village, Xuan Hoi commune) contacted the commune police to inform that his son Hoang Duc Duy (born in 2014) had picked up a large amount of money on the dike road in Hoi Tien village. Mr. Giang and his son quickly brought all the money to the commune police.

After verifying and comparing information, Xuan Hoi Commune Police organized to return 61 million VND to Ms. Mai Thi Huong. Receiving the lost property, Ms. Huong was moved to send her sincere thanks to Mr. Giang and his father and the Commune Police.
