The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to create a trend of ultra-thin and light high-end smartphones. According to many sources, Apple is also planning to launch a similar device called the iPhone 17 Air.

The Galaxy S25 Edge is currently the thinnest S-series phone Samsung has ever introduced, measuring just 5.8mm. For comparison, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is 8.2mm thin, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max is 8.3mm. The device weighs 163g, 1g heavier than the standard Galaxy S25 version.
The overall appearance of the Galaxy S25 Edge has many similarities with the previously released Galaxy S25+ version. The flat titanium frame creates a sturdy look for the device. Meanwhile, the four corners of the device are slightly curved, providing a more comfortable grip experience when used.
The front of the Galaxy S25 Edge is protected by Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, while the back uses Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for added durability. In addition, the device also meets IP68 water and dust resistance standards, allowing users to use it with peace of mind in many environmental conditions.

The device's screen is 6.7 inches in size, using a Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a resolution of 1,440 x 3,120 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The plus point is that the screen border is thinned evenly on all sides, providing a good visual experience when used.
Despite its slim and light design, the Galaxy S25 Edge is still equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor with a 3nm process, similar to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Samsung claims that this chip has been optimized to improve performance for Galaxy devices.
The device's battery has a capacity of 3,900mAh, supporting fast charging up to 25W. Compared to other versions, the Galaxy S25 has a 4,000mAh battery and the Galaxy S25+ has a 4,900mAh battery, which shows the trade-off to achieve an ultra-thin design.

The Galaxy S25 Edge's camera system includes a 200MP main lens and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The 200MP camera uses the same sensor as the Galaxy S25 Ultra, improving low-light photography.
This product line is also fully integrated with features in the Galaxy AI artificial intelligence toolkit such as Now Brief, Gemini Live, circle to search, Sketch to Image feature (smart sketch), object deletion, smart translation... Dan Tri will soon have a detailed review of this product.
