(NLDO) - The tax department of Can Tho City has publicly announced a series of gold shops that owe taxes and other budget revenues ranging from several million to hundreds of millions of dong.

Tax Department 1 - Can Tho City has just issued a notice on publicizing the list of taxpayers owing tax and other state budget revenues as of October 31. Accordingly, there are a total of 1,118 cases being publicized with a total debt of more than 104.7 billion VND.

Notably, in this public announcement, many private enterprises (PEs) operating in the gold, silver and gemstone trading sector appeared.

Leading this group is Kim Phat Hoang Gold Shop Private Enterprise with a debt of more than 150 million VND.

Next is the chain of gold shops with the "Minh Ngoc" brand. Specifically, Minh Ngoc Minh Huong Gold Shop Private Enterprise owes nearly 20.8 million VND; Minh Ngoc Loi Cuc Gold Shop Private Enterprise (13.8 million VND) and Minh Ngoc Hung Linh Gold Shop Private Enterprise (nearly 6 million VND).

In addition, the list also records Kim Dinh Jewelry Company Limited (owing more than 17.2 million VND). Other establishments such as Bao Tin Gold Shop Private Enterprise, Nhu Quynh Gold Shop Private Enterprise and Ngoc Gold Trading Private Enterprise (Lo Vong Cung) are also on the list with debts of 5-9 million VND.
