It is forecasted that in the next 6 hours (noon of May 22), convective clouds will continue to develop and move westward, causing showers and thunderstorms in the above localities, then expanding to neighboring areas of Phu Hoa, Dong Xuan, Song Hinh, Son Hoa, Tay Hoa districts. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. The warning level of natural disaster risk due to tornadoes, lightning, and hail is at level 1.

Phu Yen Hydrometeorological Station recommends that agencies, departments and people pay attention and take timely and safe preventive measures.
