Training on using electronic document and management system

At the training session, the reporter of the Information Technology Center presented the topic on the current status of using the Document Management and Operation System; at the same time, shared and answered the difficulties and problems of cadres and civil servants. The Information Technology Center created an account and assigned usage rights for MUCE on the Electronic Document Management and Operation System of the Ministry of Construction . At the same time, it provided instructions on how to use the document management and operation software; including outgoing documents, incoming documents, the digital signature process of leaders and secretaries of units and agencies, and the process of creating work records.
