To prevent fires from spreading and becoming larger due to people's habit of burning grass and garbage, the City Police recommends:
People need to be fully equipped with fire prevention and fighting equipment (PCCC) to promptly handle fire, explosion, accident and incident situations that may occur. Always be aware and careful when burning grass and trash to avoid causing unnecessary damage.

Garbage must be disposed of in the designated place; do not litter.
For vacant land, it is necessary to take precautions, separate it from production facilities, residential areas and proactively clean up, avoid burning dry grass and garbage causing fire to spread and become large, especially in dry weather.
Absolutely do not burn garbage in areas with lots of grass or reeds without first collecting it and keeping a safe distance from surrounding areas.
Do not burn during hot noon or when there is strong wind; do not burn without preparing conditions to control fire spread, do not burn simultaneously over large areas.
In case people really need to burn grass and garbage, they should choose the right time and divide the grass and garbage into small piles, have someone to watch and control them, and have fire-fighting tools and equipment ready to handle unexpected situations promptly.
In case of fire or explosion, immediately notify the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force at 114, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team in the area or the nearest ward police station.
