At around 12 noon the same day, truck with license plate 51D-822... was traveling on Canal 19/5 towards Le Trong Tan Street. When it reached number 4 Canal 19/5, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, the truck suddenly collided with truck 51D-209... traveling in front. The strong collision caused the cabins of the two trucks to deform, and the two drivers of the two vehicles were trapped in the cabins.
