People come to do administrative procedures on justice - civil status at the People's Committee of Quang Tho commune (Quang Dien)

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, currently all civil status data in the city has been digitized, creating favorable conditions for exploiting and issuing copies of civil status extracts quickly and conveniently. Procedures for issuing copies of civil status extracts regardless of place of residence include: birth certificates, marriage certificates and death certificates... to serve the urgent needs of the people.

From April 8, people who have registered their household registration in the city can contact the Department of Justice (via the City Public Administration Service Center), the district-level justice department (via the District Public Administration Service Center) and the People's Committees of communes in the city - the most convenient place to request a copy of the household registration certificate.

Previously, the City People's Committee issued an official dispatch requesting the City Police to coordinate with relevant agencies in verifying and comparing personal information to ensure accuracy and handling suspected cases of document forgery. At the same time, the Department of Science and Technology was assigned to promote propaganda through the Hue-S platform, electronic information pages and media channels to help people easily access information. Relevant units will support timely handling of problems arising during the implementation process.

Issuing copies of household registration extracts regardless of place of residence will help people in Hue City save time and effort, while increasing the effectiveness of the electronic household registration system in administrative procedure reform.
