On the afternoon of June 6, at the auditorium of Ly Tu Trong College (Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City), an event of great significance for those who love magic took place: the launching ceremony of Saigon Magic Club - a unit under the Vietnam Circus Federation and the Vietnam Stage Artists Association.

Starting a serious and creative working space

Magician Nguyen Phuong - a familiar name in the Southern magic world - is the club's chairman. "Sky Nguyen is the one who presented the idea of ​​gathering fellow magicians in Ho Chi Minh City to form a club. I was the last to join but was elected by the members to be the chairman. From here, a serious working space will begin, aiming for breakthrough creations" - magician Nguyen Phuong shared.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, artist Nguyen Phuong shared passionately: "Saigon Magic is a dream that I and many of my brothers have been pursuing for many years. We want to build a community where young people not only learn a few tricks, but also understand the beauty and depth of magic. And from the living environment at Ly Tu Trong College - where I am a lecturer, students who love magic will participate and I believe that this cumulative growth from university students through organizing exchanges, training, and fostering basic knowledge of magic, the club's team will develop stronger".

Magician Huy Nguyen - a talented young face and also a founding member of the club - said: "I used to learn magic through videos , practicing alone in my room for many years. But when I had the opportunity to meet those who went before me, I realized: magic cannot grow alone. This club will be a home for young people like me to learn faster, in the right direction and, importantly, have companions."

The club will also periodically organize performances at schools, youth centers, community events, etc. to bring joy and magic to the audience and arouse curiosity and love among young people for this seemingly "mysterious" art form.
